Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2025 • Effective for AtOnceMedia website and Google Play Android applications.
This Privacy Policy describes how AtOnceMedia ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Android applications we develop and publish (the "Apps") and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps or website, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Most of our Apps are architected to function entirely without requiring an account, sign-in, or sharing of personal identity. Where an individual App collects minimal diagnostic or operational data, this is explicitly declared in its Google Play Store listing and within the App's settings screen.
- Device & OS Specifications: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic parameters such as phone model, screen resolution, operating system version, and system language used solely to ensure visual scaling and compatibility.
- Aggregated Crash Telemetry: Optional, anonymized crash logs and performance metrics provided through standard Google Play Console diagnostics to remediate bugs and prevent memory leaks.
- Direct Support Correspondence: Information you voluntarily share when contacting our support desk via email or form submission (such as your email address and message contents).
2. How We Use Information
We process collected diagnostic and support data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:
- To diagnose technical anomalies, prevent runtime exceptions, and optimize battery efficiency.
- To respond to direct support requests, bug submissions, and beta feedback.
- To distribute critical bug fixes, compatibility patches, and feature updates.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertising exchanges.
3. Third-Party Services & Google Play
Our Apps are distributed through and interact with Google Play Services. When you install an application or execute in-app purchases through Google Play, Google may process your payment information and device identifier in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention & Device Security
Local app data (such as preferences, habits, audio presets, and notes) is stored directly on your physical Android device using modern encrypted Room database storage or Android Keystore. You retain full control: clearing the App cache or uninstalling the App purges this data from your storage immediately.
Support correspondence received via email is retained only for the duration required to troubleshoot your inquiry, unless extended retention is mandated by law.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Apps and services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please notify us and we will promptly delete such records.
6. Your Rights & Contact Information
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California), you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or limitation on the processing of any personal information we may hold.
For any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact our privacy desk directly:
